Rotterdam certificaat – The Rotterdam award
Dit award wordt uitgegeven door de VERON afdeling Rotterdam A37.
Het aantal benodigde punten voor de drie navolgende klassen:

Een QSL kaart van een deelnemend station uit de regio A37 geldt voor 1 punt. Een QSL kaart van het clubstation PI4RTD, PI4RTZ en PI4VNW en speciale calls (bijv. PI5, PI9 en PA6) gelden voor vijf punten. Tijdens bijzondere uitzendingen kunnen hogere punten toegekend worden.
ATV verbindingen worden gehonoreerd met drie punten op 70 cm en vijf punten op 23 cm en hoger. Crossband en/of QSO’s via relaisstations zijn niet geldig. Elk station mag maar één maal opgevoerd worden.
De aanvrager zend een loglijst in van de bevestigde QSO’s met daarbij een kopie/scan van de kaarten. De loglijst bevat: datum, tijd, roepnaam en frequentie. De lijst is gecontroleerd en ondertekend door twee gelicenseerde amateurs. Kaarten via eQSO worden niet toegelaten. Alleen verbindingen na 30 april 1980 zijn geldig.
De aanvragen richt je aan de Certificaat Manager VERON A37, PA7GB, Gerard van den Brule, Sint Janshaven 104, 3087 XG Rotterdam. Sluit € 5,00 bij voor de verzending.

A QSL card from a member of the A37 department counts for 1 point. A QSL from the clubstations PI4RTD, PI4RTZ (the call of the now defunct Veron Rotterdam South branch) and PI4VNW (Veron branch “Nieuwe Waterweg” Vlaardingen) and special calls (e.g. PI5, PI9 and PA6) all count for 5 points. It is possible to earn more points during special event transmissions.
You can earn three points with ATV transmissions on the 70cm band and five points with ATV transmissions on the 23 cm band or higher.
Crossband transmissions and a connection through a relay station are not allowed for this award.
Each station can be used once. To apply for the award you must submit your log and a copy of the received qsl cards. The log must state date, time, callsign and frequency. The log must be checked and signed by two licensed radio amateurs. E-QSO cards are not allowed. The QSO’s are valid only when they have been made after the 30th of April 1980.
